I wanted to throw up a quick post here....
If you live in OK or nearby... Shawn and I are going to be a part of a conference on the 20-21st of this month....we feel very honored to take part in Saturdate (www.saturdate.org) alongside lead worshipper Charlie Hall and many other musicians and speakers. The conference is being put on by Studio 7...headed by a couple that I have been nothing but impressed by since I met! They love God and really want to serve the 20-somethings in their area.
SO if you fit that category...anyone from just out of high school to those who are (or who still feel like! *grin*) a 20-something...please visit the website and attend the conference if you can! The cost is low for the weekend $35 and I really believe if you can make it, it will bless you and you will hear from God. The staff has been fasting in preparation.... it is a very dedicated bunch of people who know God has something to communicate through these couple of days...
I am doing a little speaking (pray for me! I haven't had the opportunity to do this kind of thing since I got married!) on Saturday and Shawn will be singing that night... We would love to see you there!

Hi kate- im a young almost 15 year old girl from st. paul. and i have absoultly LOVED reading your blogs. i check almost every day.
and since you just had a child. and hopefully still remember the pregancy. maybe even hopefully remember the beggining stages. i was hoping you could tell me a little bit about it.. because; theres been a couple scares, and possibilites that im 'expecting'. but not sure. and not even sure enough to take a test. although i have thought about it. *sigh* i dont know. my email is melon_mania@hotmail.com. so please email me back if you ever get this.
