finally, i started this book last night and its gripped me...its a true 'story' of a young guys 6 weeks in rehab dealing with alcoholism and cocaine addiction- powerful!

frou frou has been one of my favorites for a long time! it's great. The ' million little pieces' author was on Oprah a couple weeks ago - amazing stuff.
James Blunt is another newer artist -very cool. He's from the UK & has a song called "You're Beautiful" - it is....beautiful. (www.jamesblunt.com)
